Poly Yum مشروع طلابي مخصص لاستكشاف المطاعم وقوائم الطعام والمواقع داخل الحرم الجامعي وتجربة الطلب المسبق. قد تتضمن بعض القوائم والمواقع وبيانات المطاعم أمثلة أو محتوى تجريبياً؛ لا تعتبر كل العناصر إعلاناً عن توفر مطعم أو خدمة حية، ولا يُعد المشروع موقعاً رسمياً تابعاً لبوليتكنك البحرين.

استخدم معلومات صحيحة عند إنشاء الحساب. حسابات الطلاب مخصصة للمستخدمين الذين يستوفون شروط التسجيل المعلنة داخل التطبيق، ومنها متطلبات الرقم الجامعي ورقم التواصل. قد تتطلب حسابات التجار دعوة وموافقة صاحب الصلاحية. حافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول، ولا تستخدم حساب شخص آخر دون إذن.

قد تتغير الأصناف والأسعار والتوفر وأوقات التجهيز بحسب المطعم. يعتمد تنفيذ الطلب على تشغيل المطعم فعلياً وقبوله. راجع الأصناف والكمية والمبلغ قبل تأكيد الطلب. أرقام الطلبات وحالاتها وسيلة للمتابعة وليست ضماناً بموعد محدد أو توفّر أي صنف. للاستفسار عن تعديل أو إلغاء طلب بعد إرساله تواصل مع المطعم أو دعم Poly Yum؛ لا نضمن إمكانية الإلغاء بعد بدء التجهيز.

خيار الدفع عند الاستلام يعني سداد المبلغ للمطعم عند استلام الطلب، إذا كان هذا الخيار مدعوماً لديه. Apple Pay غير متصل حالياً بمزوّد دفع حقيقي داخل هذه النسخة ولن يكتمل به الدفع؛ لا تدخل بيانات بطاقتك في الموقع. أي توفير لاحق لوسيلة دفع إلكترونية سيخضع لشروط وإشعارات محدثة.

لا تُرسل طلبات وهمية بقصد الإضرار بالمطاعم، أو تنشر محتوى مسيئاً، أو تحاول الوصول إلى حسابات أو بيانات غير مصرح بها، أو تعطل الموقع، أو تتحايل على صلاحيات المستخدمين. قد يتم تقييد الحسابات المخالفة لحماية المستخدمين والخدمة.

يتحمل التاجر المشارك مسؤولية دقة معلومات مطعمه وقائمته والتوفر وتجهيز الطعام والسلامة الغذائية والتعامل مع الطلبات وفق القوانين والمتطلبات المعمول بها. نعمل على تصحيح الأخطاء التي يُبلَّغ عنها، لكن بعض المحتوى يقدمه مستخدمون أو تجار وقد يتغير دون إشعار مسبق.

نقدّم الخدمة وفق حالتها المتاحة، وقد يحدث توقف أو تأخير أو أخطاء تقنية. لا نضمن استمراريتها دون انقطاع أو تطابق كل معلومة مع الواقع لحظة الاطلاع عليها. لا تؤثر هذه الشروط في أي حقوق لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب القانون المعمول به.

Poly Yum is a student-led project for exploring campus restaurants, menus and locations, and trialing pre-ordering. Some restaurant, menu, or location content may be examples or previews. Not every listing represents a currently operating or available service. Poly Yum is not an official Bahrain Polytechnic website.

Provide accurate information when creating an account. Student accounts are intended for users who meet the registration requirements shown in the app, including applicable student ID and contact-number requirements. Merchant accounts may require an invitation and owner approval. Keep your login information secure and do not access another person's account without permission.

Items, pricing, availability, and preparation times may change depending on the restaurant. Fulfillment depends on the merchant being active and accepting orders. Check item details, quantities, and totals before confirming. Order references and statuses are tracking tools, not guarantees of readiness at a particular time or that an item is available. To amend or cancel a submitted order, contact the restaurant or Poly Yum support; cancellation may not be possible after preparation starts.

Pay-on-pickup means paying the restaurant when collecting an order, where that method is supported. Apple Pay is not connected to a live payment provider in this release and cannot complete a payment. Do not enter payment card information on the site. Any future online payment feature will require updated terms and notices.

Do not submit abusive or intentionally false orders, upload harmful content, access accounts or data without authorization, disrupt the site, or bypass role restrictions. Accounts may be restricted to protect users and the service when these rules are broken.

Participating merchants are responsible for their own restaurant listings, menu accuracy, availability, food preparation and safety, and order handling under applicable requirements. We aim to correct reported inaccuracies, but some content comes from users or merchants and can change without notice.

The service is provided as available and may experience interruptions, delays, or technical errors. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect accuracy of every listing at all times. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
